School Open on Wednesday 13th December 2017
12th December 2017
Due to improved weather and road conditions, school will OPEN tomorrow at the NORMAL starting time. Please take care when driving on and walking along side roads near school as they are still slippery. It would be a very good idea for you to leave a few minutes earlier on your journey so that you can get to school safely. We hope to see you all safely at school tomorrow.
Good news - the Christmas Fair will still take place on Friday afternoon. Santa Claus decided to visit other children today, but has told me that he will now visit on Thursday & Friday to have his photo taken with the children who have asked to have their photo taken with him.
WE REALLY NEED YOUR HELP WITH DONATIONS FOR FRIDAY!! Please drop in tins or bottles for our tombola, or any useable but unwanted gifts for our 'Bric-a-Brac' stall - all donations will be very gratefully received.
If you have yet to purchase your Christmas Fair adult tickets, class teachers will have these available to buy, or they can be bought from the School Office.
Unfortunately, if you have not requested a personal visit from Santa, face-painting, or a personalised key ring, we will not be able to add to the list that we had on Friday.

School closed on Tuesday 12th December
We recently posted on the website and on Twitter that the school would be open tomorrow.
However, after discussion with the Chair of Governors, we have now re-assessed the local situation.
The pavements and school site access are extremely icy and the temperature forecast is for even colder conditions in the morning.
It is with this in mind that we will therefore be CLOSED tomorrow, Tuesday 12th December.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
The site team will be at school tomorrow trying to do what they can to get the site ready for Wednesday.
Class 2's Parents' Meetings for this week will be cancelled (tomorrow and Wednesday) and will be rescheduled.
I will keep you updated about Wednesday during the day tomorrow.
