We are delighted to offer a FREE Breakfast provision in school for our children.
The breakfast, that is provided by the National School Breakfast Programme, runs from 7.50am onwards and includes bagels, toast, hash browns and a variety of cereals.
The National School Breakfast Programme is funded by the Department for Education and run by Family Action to support schools in England to provide children with a healthy breakfast at the start of the school day.
Family Action is committed to supporting child development, and believe a healthy school breakfast, without barrier or stigma, can set up children to succeed and give them the very best chance to learn.
Feedback from our children and parents has been fantastic. Many parents outlining how the Breakfast Club has enabled them to keep routines, and that their child is eating breakfast now when they didn't at home. Many children have enjoyed meeting new friends from different classes and groups, and the chance to talk in a relaxed atmosphere.
Please Note: We have extended our opening hours to help our working parents. We cannot staff the club before 7.50am. Likewise children will not be allowed in after 8.15am.
Also, each morning, when the children enter the classroom, a bagel will be available to enjoy, meaning that no child goes without breakfast each day.
