Our Ethos:

As staff and Governors at Sladefield Infant School, we are deeply committed to providing the best possible education for the children and community we serve. Our School Aims outline this commitment, and we firmly believe that by working together towards these goals, we will enable our children to thrive and succeed in all aspects of life. By nurturing each child's potential, we are ensuring they are well-prepared to succeed in all they set out to do.

Our Aims:


  • Caring Community: We aim to be an integral part of a caring, happy and secure community where children feel safe, valued and excited to learn.
  • Inclusive Education: Every child will have the opportunity to develop their potential in all areas of education, with their individual needs and the school’s statutory requirements in mind. Our curriculum is broad, balanced and inclusive, designed to support all learners.
