Schools with 250 or more employees must, in line with the Equality Act 2010:
- report their gender pay gap information to the government
- publish this informationĀ in a prominent place on their websiteĀ
For schools with fewer than 250 employees (as is the case at Sladefield), it is not obligatory to provide this information, but it is considered advisable to do so.
